About the role#
The Digital Marketing intern supports our team in planning, executing, and measuring initiatives across Midmark business units. You will gain hands-on experience with our web platforms, digital tools, and data analysis while helping improve campaign execution and the customer experience.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain QR codes for campaigns, events, and print materials.
- Assist with updates to website pages, including content, imagery, and basic quality checks.
- Manage UTM parameters and campaign tracking documentation to ensure consistent measurement across digital channels.
- Support the setup and execution of digital campaigns.
- Assist with SEO, generative engine optimization, and keyword research to identify content opportunities.
- Conduct competitor and market research, summarizing findings for the team.
- Pull, clean, and organize data sets from digital analytics and marketing platforms.
- Prepare ad hoc reports, charts, and presentation materials.
- Help with website testing and troubleshooting to improve the site experience.
- Coordinate marketing meetings and project documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Marketing, Communication, Digital Design, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internet-based tools.
- Ability to work independently and use logical reasoning to resolve day-to-day issues.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reliability and dependability in attendance.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new processes and procedures.
