About the role#
This internship provides a foundation for a career in consumer packaged goods within the food industry. You will report to the Omnichannel Brand Manager and handle a mix of graphic design and marketing coordination tasks. The role involves supporting branded, licensed, and private label products across various retail channels.
What you'll do#
- Conduct retailer site audits to review content, identify trends, and analyze competitors.
- Recommend improvements based on your findings.
- Prepare marketing materials and data for the sales team and retail accounts.
- Create visual assets like digital content, advertisements, brochures, and sell sheets.
- Audit and update existing marketing materials for accuracy.
- Collaborate with design, brand, project management, and sales teams.
- Build packaging mockups for sales presentations.
- Assist the Junior Graphic Designer with packaging and creative projects.
- Maintain systems and portals for product launch content.
- Track emerging trends in categories like soups, chili, and prepared meals.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint or Canva.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- A love for creativity and soup.

- This is an on-site position based in Warren, Rhode Island.
- The role is paid and full-time.
