About the role#
Social Media Student Workers support the full-time staff members who manage official Baylor University social media accounts. You will work in a student employee capacity to assist with marketing trends, communications outreach, and creative production. The role offers 10 to 15 hours of flexible work per week.
What you'll do#
- Brainstorm content ideas for social media channels.
- Produce videos and capture photography.
- Write blog posts.
- Create graphics for print and digital use.
- Cover university events.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Baylor student employee.
- An interest in marketing trends and communications outreach.
- An interest in creative design and production.
- Backgrounds in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or Media Studies are relevant to this work.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site at the Clifton Robinson Tower, 3rd Floor, in Waco, Texas.
- Employment is for the Fall 2026 term.
- This is a paid, part-time position.
