About the role#
Baylor Eats is seeking a student graphic designer to support creative projects including Limited Time Offerings, event graphics, and market bundles. This role involves producing both print and digital visual communications to support departmental goals and university branding.
What you'll do#
- Design murals, posters, and materials for Global Event celebrations.
- Create engagement activity pieces and other visual communications.
- Develop and implement marketing and communication plans.
- Write, proofread, and edit marketing materials.
- Maintain department websites and digital platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media data and performance.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Assist with video production, photography, and coordination with external vendors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications.
- Moderate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience using Canva.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to create engaging, professional designs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
Location & details#
- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Modality: On-site at dining locations.
- Schedule: 10 to 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Compensation: $12 per hour.
- Employment Type: Part-time.
