About the role#
This R&D Plant Biology Co-op role supports technical development for greenhouse and growth chamber plant production and testing workflows. You will work alongside researchers and scientists to meet technical milestones and research goals. This position is based in Chesterfield, Missouri, and requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Conduct plant biology research in controlled environments, including experimental planning, data collection, and analysis.
- Document research plans, methods, and results.
- Interpret experimental findings and share reports in written or verbal formats.
- Follow operational standards, safety protocols, and compliance policies.
- Coordinate work within a team and across functional groups.
- Maintain high technical and quality standards while working independently and with others.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a US university pursuing a MS or PhD in Biology, Agronomy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of plant physiology, horticulture, or agronomy.
- Hands-on experience in greenhouse or field environments.
- Ability to design, plan, and execute experiments.
- Skill in analyzing data and interpreting results.
