About the role#
The Grow@BASF Internship Program offers undergraduate students a chance to apply classroom knowledge to real-world assignments. During this 12-week summer program, you will work alongside mentors and cross-functional teams to support operations, technologies, and business needs. You will gain hands-on experience while building your technical and professional skills within a global organization.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering projects and day-to-day technical activities.
- Apply engineering principles to real-world processes and operational challenges.
- Collect, organize, and analyze technical or operational data.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in process, productivity, quality, or efficiency.
- Assist with the development, evaluation, and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Support project planning, documentation, and technical reporting.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in safety, operational, and project-related activities.
- Develop presentations, recommendations, and other project deliverables.
- Build technical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
What you'll need#
- You are currently an undergraduate student.
- You are highly motivated and mobile-minded.
- You are currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Location & details#
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
- Note: These are field-based opportunities with coverage across several U.S. locations. Mobility is required for this program. Students will be hired and employed through a third-party contracting agency.
