About the role#
As an Intern-Nurse I, you will provide technical assistance and support to the nursing staff. You work under the direction of a registered nurse to help manage patient care, improve health outcomes, and assist with daily service functions for patients and guests.
What you'll do#
- Assess patients and contribute to their plan of care.
- Implement and evaluate care plans as directed by a registered nurse.
- Assist nursing staff with patient care tasks.
- Participate in activities that aim to improve health care delivery.
- Build your clinical leadership knowledge and complete assigned educational goals.
What you'll need#
- You must be a full time senior student in an approved registered nursing program, within 1 year of your projected graduation date.
- You need to meet or exceed all academic requirements.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
- You must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of your hire date.

- This position is based in Union City, Tennessee.
- This is a full time, on-site, paid internship with rolling start dates.
