Student Assistant PRN

About the role#

The Student Assistant provides clerical and customer support across various university departments and colleges. This position operates under the general supervision of department managers and requires a commitment of no more than 20 hours per week, which may include evening and weekend shifts.

What you'll do#

• Provide clerical support including answering phones, photocopying, filing, data entry, typing, and courier services.
• Assist in the development and implementation of university activities.
• Adapt professional skills to meet the needs of various university departments and colleges.
• Perform additional accountabilities as directed.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in Baptist Health Sciences University.
• Completion of the student worker application.
• Basic knowledge of word processing software utilized by the university.
• Ability to adapt to different departmental environments and tasks.
• Willingness to perform general office duties.

• Location: Memphis, Tennessee.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
