About the role#
The Student Assistant provides clerical and customer support across various university departments and colleges. This position operates under the general supervision of department managers and requires a commitment of no more than 20 hours per week, which may include evening and weekend shifts.
What you'll do#
- Provide clerical support including answering phones, photocopying, filing, data entry, typing, and courier services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of university activities.
- Adapt professional skills to meet the needs of various university departments and colleges.
- Perform additional accountabilities as directed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Baptist Health Sciences University.
- Completion of the student worker application.
- Basic knowledge of word processing software utilized by the university.
- Ability to adapt to different departmental environments and tasks.
- Willingness to perform general office duties.

- Location: Memphis, Tennessee.
- Work Modality: On-site.
