About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will apply your pharmacy school education to real-world practice. Under the guidance of a preceptor, you will complete a training roadmap that covers store, district, and regional operations. This role prepares you for future responsibilities as a pharmacist by immersing you in daily pharmacy team functions.
What you'll do#
- Complete a comprehensive training roadmap focused on key learning experiences.
- Assist the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and accurate prescription fulfillment.
- Demonstrate empathy and genuine care during every customer interaction.
- Follow all company standard operating procedures at each workstation.
- Engage in continuous improvement and support your teammates.
- Maintain focus and attention to detail while managing pharmacy workflow.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or acceptance into an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure as required by the state.
- Ability to complete all required training within the designated timeframe.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to maintain concentration and pivot between tasks as needed.

- Location: Folsom, California.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, including nights and weekends.
- Pay: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour.
