About the role#

What you'll do#
- Conduct group, individual, joint, and family therapy sessions with assigned clients.
- Manage client schedules based on program standards.
- Maintain clinical notes and documentation within established deadlines.
- Coordinate with guardians, family members, and other team members regarding client care.
- Participate in weekly individual supervision and monthly group supervision sessions.
- Attend monthly staff meetings and complete monthly quality assurance audits.
- Respond to communications from clients, families, and staff within 24 hours.
- Adhere to HIPAA, CARF, and COMAR regulations while maintaining client confidentiality.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a master's program in Psychology, Public Health, or Nursing.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with the clinic territory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with management and staff.
