About the role#

What you'll do#
- Conduct individual, group, joint, and family therapy sessions.
- Manage client scheduling based on program standards.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and complete all required documentation within 48 hours.
- Participate in weekly individual supervision and monthly group supervision.
- Attend staff meetings and complete monthly quality assurance audits.
- Coordinate care with guardians, family members, social workers, and other team members.
- Respond to communications from clients, families, and staff within 24 hours.
- Follow all HIPAA, CARF, and COMAR compliance regulations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a master's program for Psychology or a related field.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with the clinic territory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with management and other staff.
- A proactive approach to clinical tasks.
