Technologist-Radiology Student

About the role#

This Radiology Student position involves performing imaging procedures and treatments to assist in the diagnosis and care of patients. You will work under established radiology practice standards to support departmental goals and patient outcomes.

What you'll do#

• Apply radiologic principles and theory to select appropriate techniques and positioning for optimal results.
• Develop and implement procedure and treatment plans following hospital protocols and guidelines.
• Document procedures accurately to maintain compliance with hospital policies.
• Ensure patient and staff safety by keeping equipment, procedure rooms, and work areas clean and organized.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement activities to maintain consistent standards of care.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an approved or accredited Radiology program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Ability to obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
