About the role#
This internship provides students with hands-on experience within a global energy company. You will work on projects, attend team meetings, and receive training while being supported by a manager and a buddy. The program is designed to help you build your professional skillset through coaching and real-world assignments.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Maintain project documentation such as schedules, budgets, charters, and progress reports.
- Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare status reports for stakeholders and project managers.
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards to all work tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Engineering, Technology, a STEM field, or Business.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
