This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity for the Winter 2027 term. Based on-site in Phoenix, Arizona, this role provides hands-on experience within the semiconductor manufacturing industry. You will work on workforce intelligence projects, gaining exposure to strategic Talent Acquisition and business decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Build dynamic competitor organizational charts and map adjacent talent pools.
- Leverage AI tools to create a scalable intelligence system that Talent Acquisition and business teams can continuously update.
- Gain insights into core engineering roles.
- Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition, People, and business leaders.
- Apply analytics to real-world data to influence hiring strategy.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, workforce analytics, or HR strategy.
- Comfort analyzing unstructured data and synthesizing insights for business audiences.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for the 12-week duration.
