Mechanical Engineering Intern

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona, supporting Platform Design activities. This program offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineers across the product development lifecycle and apply classroom fundamentals to real-world engineering problems in a production environment.

What you'll do#

• Support Platform Design activities.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Gain hands-on experience and insights into core engineering roles within the semiconductor industry.
• Apply mechanical engineering fundamentals to real-world product design and release processes.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Foundational understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.
• Strong interest in mechanical design and product development.
• Experience with or exposure to CAD tools.
• Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and comfort working in a collaborative engineering environment.
