About the role#
This summer internship offers a hands-on learning experience within the Strategic Development team. You will work on projects related to strategic planning, data analytics, and corporate development. Throughout the program, you will engage with departments that influence product development at Arthrex.
What you'll do#
- Lead cross-functional analyses to support product commercialization decisions.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for business leaders.
- Build and improve competitive intelligence and pricing models using Excel and PowerBI.
- Prepare materials and present strategic findings to leadership teams across Product Management, Sales, and Finance.
- Update and refine analytical methodologies, tools, and data processes.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree and current enrollment in a Master's program, preferably in Business or Analytics. Recent graduates are eligible if they are within six months of their graduation date.
- Intermediate to expert computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power BI.
- Experience with data modeling and analytics is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial analysis, strategic planning, and data engineering is a plus.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly.
- PowerPoint skills are helpful for creating executive-ready deliverables.

- The role is based on-site in Naples, Florida.
