About the role#
Arisa Health is looking for a BSW Intern to join the team in Rogers, Arkansas. This internship provides hands-on experience in mental and behavioral health. You will work closely with staff to gain practical skills in case management and care coordination while completing your degree requirements.
What you'll do#
- Observe and assist with QBHP-level tasks.
- Conduct person-centered assessments covering behavioral health, education, vocational needs, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and referral agencies to develop service or treatment plans.
- Provide interventions based on specific client needs and activities.
- Connect clients with necessary community resources and support services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation.
- Participate in team and inter-agency meetings.
- Assist with aftercare planning for clients and families.
- Build relationships with community partners to help clients navigate systems of care.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Social Work or a related licensure-track field.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and a drug screening.
