    About the role#

    We are hiring a Mechanical Engineering Intern for our Lancaster, Pennsylvania facility. This is a full-time, paid position for the summer of 2027. You will work on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks, from mid-May through mid-August. This is a safety-sensitive role.

    What you'll do#

    • Support Mechanical Engineers with ongoing projects and initiatives.
    • Attend all meetings with your assigned Mechanical Engineering mentor.
    • Participate in designated projects and assist with the daily mechanical work at the Lancaster facility.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Mechanical Engineering.
    • An expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
    • A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
    • Involvement in at least one extracurricular activity, such as a school club or part-time job.
    • Prior work or internship experience.
    • Demonstrated success as an active team member.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • An aptitude for problem-solving and a willingness to learn the business.
    • The ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
