About the role#
The Regional Vice President oversees all business operations for the Student Nutrition division across the East Coast. Reporting to the President and CEO of Student Nutrition, this leader drives financial performance, operational growth, and team development. You will build strategies that impact clients, customers, and employees while upholding company values of accountability, integrity, and authenticity.
What you'll do#
- Seek new revenue streams and identify ways to improve profitability and margins.
- Coach, motivate, and staff a regional, cross-functional team.
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and quality audits to ensure operational excellence.
- Establish efficient and timely quality metrics.
- Partner with internal resources in sales, marketing, human resources, and finance to achieve objectives.
What you'll need#
- Over 10 years of general management experience with P&L responsibilities.
- A proven track record in creating and executing growth strategies.
- Experience leading teams, including experienced managers, within a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business operations, P&L management, and marketplace expertise.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

- This is a full-time, remote position.
- The role is based in the United States, with a preference for candidates in the Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.
