About the role#
Collab Design Co. is hiring a Website Designer & Developer Intern to join their team in Downtown Rogers. This role focuses on website design and development while supporting graphic design, social media marketing, and content creation for small businesses and growing brands. You will work in a collaborative environment where you can learn new skills across multiple creative disciplines.
What you'll do#
- Implement responsive website designs for desktop and mobile devices.
- Upload content, products, images, and page layouts.
- Perform website maintenance and assist with troubleshooting and quality assurance.
- Implement basic SEO best practices.
- Create social media graphics, marketing materials, flyers, brochures, and signage.
- Assist with branding and logo projects using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content while maintaining brand consistency.
What you'll need#
- 0 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, web design, or a related field.
- Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong understanding of design principles and layout.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must be local to Northwest Arkansas and able to work from the Downtown Rogers office.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site in Rogers, Arkansas.
- Pay: 15 dollars per hour.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Term: 3 months.
