    About the role#

    As a Construction Intern, you will develop analytical skills while working directly with project team leaders and experts. You will assist in performing detailed analyses to provide solutions for our clients. Interns often have opportunities to work in client-facing roles, helping with the challenges of planning, constructing, and resolving disputes for large construction projects.

    What you'll do#

    • Gather data through detailed document reviews and database management.
    • Analyze project schedule delays, cost records, productivity, change orders, and other design and construction issues.
    • Use computer software to model schedules, contractor production rates, and costs.
    • Create high-quality work products and maintain exceptional quality control.
    • Prepare client-ready materials for senior-level review.
    • Support company and practice development efforts.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with solid academic performance.
    • Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
    • Ability to solve problems creatively and analytically.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to adapt to multiple tasks and produce work under strict deadlines.
    • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
    • Experience with Primavera scheduling tools and Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques is helpful but not required.
    • Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizen or permanent resident).
