    About the role#

    As a Construction Intern, you will develop analytical skills while working directly with project team leaders and experts. You will assist in performing detailed analyses to provide solutions for our clients on some of the largest construction projects globally. This role involves performing project schedule, cost, productivity, and statistical analyses, as well as reviewing key project issues through document review and database management. You may have opportunities to work in client-facing roles early in your career.

    What you'll do#

    • Gather data through detailed document reviews and manage project databases.
    • Analyze project schedule delays, cost records, productivity, change orders, and other design or construction issues.
    • Use software to model schedules, contractor production rates, and costs.
    • Produce high-quality work and maintain exceptional quality control.
    • Prepare client-ready materials for senior-level review.
    • Support company and practice development initiatives.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial) or a business-related major.
    • Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
    • Solid academic performance.
    • Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
    • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to use technology to solve complex issues.
    • Ability to adapt to multiple tasks and produce final work under strict deadlines.
    • Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
    • Experience with Primavera scheduling tools and Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques is preferred but not required.
    • Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

    • Locations: Phoenix, AZ and Miami, FL.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Employment: Part-time, rolling term.
    • Compensation: $34 per hour.
