About the role#
This 10-week paid internship provides hands-on experience in inventory analysis, demand forecasting, and supply chain analytics. You will work on projects that impact business results and gain exposure to senior leadership. The program includes a mentor, professional development workshops, and social activities with other team members.
What you'll do#
- Analyze inventory and supply chain data to find trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track supplier performance and inventory health.
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on operational projects.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or Data Science.
- Current Junior status with a graduation date between May and June 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience with ERP systems and PowerBI or other visualization tools.
- Previous leadership experience in student organizations or volunteer work is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- The position follows a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
- The internship takes place during Summer 2027.
- Compensation is $22 to $23 per hour depending on qualifications.
