About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program. You will work on real-world projects to gain practical skills and industry knowledge. Interns receive mentorship, attend professional development workshops, and gain exposure to senior leadership through our internal speaker series.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution and improvement of weekly sales performance routines to ensure timely insights.
- Collaborate on program management tasks to drive engagement and business impact.
- Analyze data to identify trends and translate findings into clear, actionable summaries.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and franchisees, to support performance efforts.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
- Sophomore or Junior status with a graduation date between May 2028 and June 2029.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools.
- A strong interest in data analysis and business impact.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office and two days remote.
- Commitment: 40 hours per week for 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
