About the role#
The Strategy Analyst Intern program is a 10-week paid experience designed to provide hands-on exposure to our business operations. You will work on projects that inform strategic decisions across our Americas region. The program includes access to professional development workshops, a dedicated mentor, and exposure to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Conduct in-depth market research to support competitive intelligence initiatives.
- Assist in developing business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, and market entry strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that drive business performance.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Current Junior status with a graduation date between May and June 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Modality: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office and two days remote.
- Compensation: $20 to $21 per hour.
