About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship for the Summer of 2027. You will work on real-world projects, gain industry knowledge, and contribute to business outcomes. The program includes professional development workshops, access to a mentor, and exposure to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and maintain data models, reports, dashboards, and analytics products.
- Partner with business and technology teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and troubleshoot data issues.
- Enhance internal processes and support testing, documentation, and user training.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Current Junior status with a graduation date between May and June 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Git, and PowerBI or other visualization tools.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Modality: Hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $25 to $26 per hour, based on qualifications.
