About the role#
This 10-week paid internship offers hands-on experience in sales performance and data analytics. You will work on projects that impact our business while gaining industry knowledge. Interns receive mentorship, attend professional development workshops, and participate in leadership exposure sessions.
What you'll do#
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and help drive business decisions.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy and update data flows across systems.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, compliance, and other business stakeholders to provide data-driven insights.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior status pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Technology, or Operations.
- Graduation date between May and June 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Location & details#
- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (three days in-person, two days remote).
- Compensation: $20 to $21 per hour.
