Role Overview: The Communication & Employee Experience Intern position is a 10-week paid internship program designed to provide you with hands on experience that aligns with your interests and skillsets. Throughout your internship you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects to gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that directly impact the business. In addition, you will gain exposure to our senior leadership through our Amp’d Up with Leader Series and participate in different social activities with other interns and team members. To support your professional development, you will also have access to a variety of workshops designed to help you develop professional skills and you will be assigned a mentor in an area of interest to help you along the way. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting EVP campaigns, researching emerging trends, developing employee-focused programs, and partnering with HR and business stakeholders on impactful projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Employee Experience & Employer Brand Initiatives: Develop and publish internal communications, employee engagement content, and employer branding campaigns that strengthen Amplifon's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and enhance employee experience.
- Create & Promote Communication Campaigns: Assist with internal promotions, external employer brand initiatives, and social media campaigns by creating compelling content, coordinating activities, and helping drive employee and candidate engagement.
- Research & Develop People Programs: Analyze employee engagement, workplace, and learning trends to identify opportunities for new programs, pilot innovative learning experiences, and provide insights in partnership with HR, HRBPs, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Organizational Development or related field.

Current Junior with a graduation date between May - June 2028

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools

Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills

Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience through involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or previous experience
Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $20-21/hour. Working model and hours: Our internship runs for 10 weeks and is designed as a hybrid experience—spend three days each week collaborating in-person at our Minneapolis headquarters and two days working remotely.
