About the role#
This Co-Op program offers students the chance to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting. You will work alongside experienced staff to gain hands-on experience in Finance, Strategic Global Sourcing, U.S. Supply Chain, or Data & Analytics. The role focuses on supporting business initiatives and developing practical professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Support projects and initiatives within your assigned functional area.
- Analyze data to help inform business decisions and recommendations.
- Identify ways to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, reports, and business documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to meet departmental goals.
- Present your project outcomes and key learnings at the end of your term.
- Comply with all company policies and safety regulations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- Preference for rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, volunteer, or work experiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
