About the role#
The Washington College of Law Office of Career and Professional Development is hiring a graduate student to support office operations. This role focuses on data entry and administrative tasks in a professional office environment. You will work 10 to 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Perform data entry tasks under the supervision of the Program Coordinator.
- Conduct research projects focused on employment and career development.
- Staff the front desk of the office suite to welcome students and visitors.
What you'll need#
- You must be a currently enrolled graduate student at American University.
- Previous experience with data entry is required.
- Please note this position is not open to Washington College of Law students.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid position located at the Tenley Campus in Washington, DC.
- During the semester, you will work from the office for one or two shifts per week.
- Remote work is available for the remainder of your hours, and the office operates fully remotely between semesters and on Mondays and Fridays.
- This role is paid at a rate of $18.40 per hour.
