About the role#
We are looking for a Product Development Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. You will own a high-impact project that combines product development with AI-driven innovation to solve business challenges in Financial Crimes Risk Management. You will work on-site in New York to build the next generation of financial crimes capabilities.
What you'll do#
- Support the design, development, testing, and documentation of AI-enabled solutions and agents that strengthen Financial Crimes Risk Management capabilities.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to identify business needs, understand stakeholder pain points, and translate them into product opportunities and functional requirements.
- Map relationships across regulatory requirements, processes, risks, controls, data, and technology to identify gaps and opportunities for improved remediation.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI and machine learning, to improve decision support, analyst workflows, and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, project updates, and supporting documentation to communicate project outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in business, economics, finance, risk management, data analytics, computer science, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
