About the role#
The Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) Product & Capabilities internship provides exposure to teams delivering products, platforms, reporting, and technology enablement. You will support cross-functional priorities, explore practical applications of GenAI and intelligent automation, and contribute to projects that improve operational performance and the colleague experience. Assignments are based on business priorities and organizational needs.
What you'll do#
- Support multiple teams on cross-functional projects by coordinating across business, technology, and end-user groups.
- Gather and document business requirements, user needs, process flows, and project updates.
- Contribute to product roadmaps, implementation activities, adoption efforts, and performance measurement.
- Analyze data to prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and insights for project teams and leadership.
- Identify and assess opportunities to utilize GenAI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to improve workflows.
- Partner with technology and business teams to support the design, testing, and rollout of secure, scalable solutions.
- Participate in process-improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, quality, and risk controls.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize information and draw practical conclusions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
