About the role#
The Business Resilience team is responsible for preparing the organization to withstand and recover from disruptions affecting operations, products, or services. As an intern, you will contribute to initiatives focused on Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, and Third-Party Resilience. You will collaborate with colleagues across Enterprise Shared Services to strengthen organizational preparedness and improve program capabilities.
What you'll do#
- Support Business Resilience initiatives aligned with current business priorities.
- Assist with research, data analysis, documentation, reporting, and project coordination.
- Contribute to the development or enhancement of procedures, playbooks, training materials, governance routines, and resilience capabilities.
- Prepare materials for resilience exercises, stakeholder meetings, and senior-level reporting while tracking follow-up actions.
- Analyze and visualize data to identify trends, risks, dependencies, or opportunities for improvement.
- Research industry practices, emerging risks, and regulatory developments relevant to business resilience.
- Explore opportunities to use emerging technology, including AI, to support research and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global partners to support consistent execution and share best practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Interest in enterprise risk, business continuity, operational resilience, third-party risk, cybersecurity, technology, data analytics, or regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in tools like Tableau or Power BI considered a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Employment eligibility to work in the United States without company-provided visa sponsorship.
