About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in St. Louis, Missouri. The position runs during the summer of 2027, from May through August. You will work on-site as part of the Ameren Services team, which provides administrative and financial support across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and explain variances in budgets and forecasts.
- Update schedules for annual labor rate calculations.
- Assist with the budget preparation process.
- Prepare and maintain procedure documentation.
- Review monthly accruals.
What you'll need#
- Current student status in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Degree pursuit in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Enrollment in an MBA program at an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong skills in communication, analysis, and teamwork.
- A GPA of 2.5 or higher is preferred.
