About the role#
Allied Solutions is hiring an IT Operations Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, 12-week program running from May 17th to August 6th. You will work directly with the ETG Operations Department to gain hands-on experience in IT systems and application support.
What you'll do#
- Support and maintain server systems.
- Assist with application support and maintenance.
- Monitor network operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
- Manage various projects related to IT operations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Capability to multitask in a professional environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Location & details#
- This role is located on-site at our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.
- This is a paid, full-time internship requiring 40 hours per week.
