About the role#
Destination Geneva National offers a summer internship for students interested in golf operations. You will gain hands-on experience at a resort featuring three signature golf courses. This role provides mentorship from PGA staff and serves as a foundation for a career in the golf and hospitality industry.
What you'll do#
- Execute point of sale transactions and manage tee time operations.
- Handle outside operations, including player services and setting up the golf cart fleet.
- Assist with the setup for tournaments and golf outings.
- Support junior golf clinics.
- Resolve issues that arise to ensure a positive experience for guests and members.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or GED.
- Currently enrolled in a two- or four-year college program, with a preference for Business Administration or related fields.
- Knowledge of the game of golf.
- Basic computer skills, including usage and troubleshooting.

- Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
- Summer 2027 term.
- Full-time, on-site position.
