About the role#
The Talent Management Intern will work with the Learning and Development department at our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana. This full-time, 12-week program runs from May 17th to August 6th, 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in talent, learning, and human resources while exploring your professional interests.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop learning materials and training curricula for leadership development programs.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person training workshops and team sessions.
- Research and analyze talent management trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
- Assess employee development needs to define effective resources and processes.
- Support the development of reports on talent and learning trends.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- Pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and prioritize work.
