About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time internship program running from May 17th to August 6th, 2026. You will work on-site at our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana. The program focuses on hands-on learning and professional development through projects related to underwriting and process improvement.
What you'll do#
- Review and document underwriting workflows to identify gaps and suggest improvements.
- Perform quality assurance audits on compliance data to ensure accuracy.
- Collect and analyze metrics to help build reporting tools or dashboards for leadership.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and communicate corrective actions.
- Maintain quality assurance documentation.
- Present your final findings and recommendations to RMO leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- A degree path in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
