About the role#
The Strategic Sourcing & Enterprise Contracts Intern will support supplier and contract lifecycle activities. You will gain exposure to sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, and business process improvement. This is a 12-week, full-time internship running from May 17th to August 6th, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support supplier and market research, sourcing events, and proposal evaluations.
- Assist with supplier onboarding, due diligence, and the maintenance of supplier records.
- Analyze supplier, pricing, spend, and performance data to identify trends.
- Assist with contract intake and administration for agreements and statements of work.
- Support contract lifecycle activities, including document routing, approvals, and repository organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, and Information Security, on projects and process documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- This role is based on-site at our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.
- This is a paid, full-time internship requiring 40 hours per week.
