About the role#
The Strategic Sourcing & Enterprise Contracts Intern will support supplier and contract lifecycle activities. You will gain exposure to sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, and business process improvement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on projects and process documentation.
What you'll do#
- Support supplier and market research, sourcing events, and proposal evaluations.
- Assist with supplier onboarding, due diligence, and the maintenance of supplier records.
- Analyze supplier, pricing, spend, and performance data to identify trends.
- Support supplier performance management, including scorecards and business reviews.
- Assist with contract intake and administration for agreements and statements of work.
- Help manage the contract lifecycle, including document routing, approvals, and repository organization.
- Review lower-risk agreements and validate contractual records under supervision.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Location: Carmel, Indiana.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17th to August 6th).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
