About the role#
This internship provides a structured curriculum combined with hands-on experience in the Claims department. You will gain industry knowledge, develop function-specific skills, and build a professional network by interacting with senior leaders, technical experts, and customers. The program includes a group project centered on an actual business challenge.

What you'll need#
- Rising university junior or senior status.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence and its potential applications in business.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
- A naturally curious nature and a team-first mindset.
- Eligibility to work in Toronto without sponsorship.
