About the role#
Allianz Technology of America is hiring for the summer 2027 collegiate intern program. You will work within established teams to gain experience in software development, IT security, production support, and project management. This program provides exposure to the products and technologies used across a global IT enterprise. Interns often move into the TechSTART program, which is a one-year rotational position.
What you'll do#
- Work on hands-on projects and receive real-time training.
- Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to identify requirements.
- Use AI to develop solutions for technology needs.
- Collaborate with other interns to build a solution for a business need and present your results to executive leadership.
- Participate in the Allianz Technology community, resource groups, and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited four-year degree program.
- Academic focus in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or Risk Management.
- Preference for rising juniors and seniors.
- Prior internship or work-study experience is helpful.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development.

- Location: Minneapolis, MN.
- Schedule: Hybrid, with 4 days per week in the office.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $23 per hour.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
