About the role#
This internship provides students with a structured curriculum and hands-on experience within the Claims department. You will build industry knowledge, develop professional skills, and engage with our business operations. The program runs from June 2027 through August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Participate in experiential learning activities focused on Claims.
- Network with senior leaders, technical experts, and customers.
- Collaborate with a group on a project based on an actual business challenge.
- Connect with fellow interns and early career program participants.
- Gain function-specific skills and professional development.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising university junior or senior.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A basic understanding of artificial intelligence and its potential applications.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High standards of integrity.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
