About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will join the North America Marketing team in our Toronto office. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate marketing and event coordination within a global financial services organization. The internship lasts 10 weeks and begins in early July 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide comprehensive marketing and events support to the regional team.
- Assist with proofreading, monitoring, and research tasks.
- Develop an understanding of digital marketing by analyzing customer insights, market data, and industry trends.
- Identify digital market opportunities and create targeted communications initiatives.
- Support social media efforts to promote executive events, thought leadership, and company announcements.
- Coordinate internal and external events, including communications and onsite assistance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university or college bachelor’s degree program.
- Preferred fields of study include Business, Economics, Finance, IT, or Risk Management.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and a clear aptitude for working with numbers.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A basic understanding of artificial intelligence and its business applications.
- Curiosity and a positive attitude toward learning.
