About the role#
As a Market Research Intern, you will support the Research & Design team in Carmel, Indiana. You will assist with voice of customer projects to help shape the future of our products and services. This role provides hands-on experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute voice of customer research projects.
- Participate in research activities to gather customer insights.
- Assist with data analysis and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
- Support various projects for internal stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in marketing, market research, data analytics, economics, or a related business field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with analytics and statistical tools such as R, Python, or SPSS.
- Familiarity with survey software like Qualtrics or Survey Monkey.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in research methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
