About the role#
As a Market Research Intern, you will support the Research and Design team by contributing to voice of customer projects. You will work alongside team members to design studies, conduct research, and analyze data to help guide product development and business strategy.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute voice of customer research projects.
- Participate in both qualitative and quantitative research to gather customer insights.
- Assist with data analysis and translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
- Support various research projects for internal stakeholders.
- Work with the Market Research team to design market research studies.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in marketing, market research, data analytics, economics, or a related business field.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with analytics and statistical tools such as R, Python, or SPSS.
- Experience with survey software like Qualtrics or Survey Monkey.
- A strong interest in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication skills and attention to detail.
