About the role#
This is a full-time, 10-week internship program based in Denton, Texas. You will gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and work directly with our staff. Successful completion of the program may lead to a full-time opportunity after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Learn warehouse operations and collaborate with the warehouse team.
- Assist leadership with training sessions and administrative tasks.
- Support the Inventory Control Team with daily inventory tasks.
- Participate in Waste Walks and Seven Step Problem Solving exercises.
- Prepare a formal report and presentation on a specific area of warehouse operations for ALDI executives.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Skill in prioritizing tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Capability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerator and freezer environments.

- Location: Denton, Texas.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $28.00 per hour with eligibility for overtime.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week.
