About the role#
This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship program based in Webberville, Michigan. You will work alongside district managers to learn how to run multi-million dollar store operations. This role provides hands-on experience in the retail industry and may lead to full-time opportunities after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Shadow a store manager to learn fundamental store operations.
- Prepare a report and presentation on an operational area for executives.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, invoices, and hiring.
- Help with inventory management, store resets, and grand openings.
- Conduct customer walks and participate in store tours.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Human Resources.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively within a group.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
