About the role#
As a contract management intern at the Aluminerie de Bécancour, you will work under the supervision of a contract manager. You will join a multidisciplinary team to gain experience in an industrial setting. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Plan upcoming work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Coordinate the daily start of work for various subcontractors.
- Manage logistics for interventions and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Perform field observations and intervene to correct risks or deviations.
- Collaborate with subcontractor representatives to resolve non-conformities.
- Verify that work meets established standards, specifications, and requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current student in Operations Management or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a participatory approach.
- Demonstrated leadership and mobilization abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple files at once.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong sense of autonomy.

- Location: Bécancour, Quebec.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 11 to April 30, 2027).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, day shift, Monday to Friday.
