About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Finance and Accounting team at Satair, a division of Airbus. You will work directly with the Customer Resolution and Supply Management departments to support financial accuracy and cash flow monitoring. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Peachtree City, Georgia, running from May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Perform full-cycle rotations across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Reconcile customer payments and process vendor invoices.
- Assist with month-end financial tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Audit vendor accounts to identify uncollected receivables and duplicate entries.
- Resolve outstanding invoice disputes by cross-referencing purchase orders and proof of delivery documents.
- Clean up legacy data and identify opportunities to automate manual tasks using Google Gemini.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail and strong numerical proficiency.
- Ability to work in the United States without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
