About the role#
As a Summer Intern in the Human Resources department, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting the programs and initiatives that drive our global workforce. You will work alongside HR professionals and business partners to contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate across teams, and use data to help inform decisions. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of HR programs, processes, and initiatives across HR Business Partnering, Compensation, and Talent & Performance Management.
- Partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to support the execution of people priorities.
- Analyze workforce and HR data to identify insights and support decision-making.
- Assist with key HR activities including compensation programs, talent initiatives, and workforce planning.
- Contribute to HR projects and cross-functional workstreams supporting business and organizational priorities.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2028.
- Availability for the complete Summer Internship Program from June 7 through August 6, 2027.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred majors include Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Finance, or Economics.
